Australian pharmacists can use GuildCare Programs to enhance the quality of medical care they provide patients, improve the general health of the community, build their pharmacy practice and comply with the recording and reporting requirements for the 5th Community Pharmacy Agreement (5CPA) .
Existing Guildcare users can utilise Guildcare on the iPad to create and record Clinical Interventions, Diabetes MedsChecks, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Baby Progress Monitoring and Lipid Monitoring cases in their pharmacy.
